if you dreamed for an awesome beach for budget vacation, read on.

if you want to go for a holiday but short of money, why not visit to the local beaches than spending a fortune to go all the way to other countries. there are so much more to see in Kuala Terengganu.

Teluk Bidara is a very beautiful beach located in Dungun, Terengganu. From Kuantan, drive north for about 2 hours, passing through the oil town of Kerteh, Paka and Dungun. From Dungun town, head further north for another 5 minutes. You should be passing over the Dungun river bridge. After the bridge, look out for sign into Teluk Bidara recreational area.

i would say, teluk bidara beach is the best beach in east coast mainland. it has the crystal clear water as similar to Redang Island. the clean beach with beautiful fine white sand. the waves are not strong so it is suitable for a swim. probably my favourite place to spend my weekend with my family and friends.

The Pandak Beach is 15 minutes drive away from Kuala Terengganu town, located between Kuala Ibai and Marang, where you can enjoy an evening stroll. It is famous with its scenic, beautiful and sandy-white beach. Unlike other beaches in Kuala Terengganu, the shallow part of the water is ranged about 200m from the beach side.
